Is the diagnostic applied to the repair?
No. The $45 diagnostic is a separate paid service that identifies the problem and produces findings. Repair work is quoted separately.
Do you repair every failure?
No. If replacement, a specialist, or manufacturer service is the safer or more economical choice, Glasgow Tech Works will say so.
Can I bring in a desktop or gaming laptop?
Yes. Use the service request to describe the device and issue, and Glasgow Tech Works will coordinate drop-off or the appropriate service method.
