The $45 diagnostic is a separate paid service, is paid before diagnosis begins, and is not credited toward a later repair. Travel is free within 10 miles one-way of Glasgow. Farther travel is charged once per visit according to the published one-way distance tiers and covers the round trip. Successful data recovery cannot be guaranteed.
