Is a tune-up always $45?
No. The diagnostic is $45 when the problem must be identified. A standard PC tune-up is a separate $75 service for cleanup, updates, startup review, malware scanning, and a health check.
Can you recommend whether to repair or replace it?
Yes. The recommendation considers likely repair cost, device age, performance needs, and whether replacement is the better value.
